Refund Policy

All ticket sales and donations made to Red Hot Revolution Fest are final and non-refundable.

We are a nonprofit organization, and proceeds go directly toward supporting our community programs, artists, and operational costs. Therefore, we are unable to offer refunds under normal circumstances.

Exception: Natural Disasters

Refunds may only be considered in the case of an officially declared natural disaster (e.g., hurricane, flood, wildfire) that results in the cancellation of the entire event. In such a case, we will notify ticket holders via email and social media with instructions on how to request a refund or transfer their ticket to a rescheduled date.

No Refunds Will Be Issued For:

Weather conditions (unless deemed a natural disaster by government authorities)
Performer cancellations or changes to the lineup
Attendee no-shows or scheduling conflicts
Health-related issues unless mandated public health restrictions cancel the event
